How does your service work?
We advertise your business on Google using their platform called Google Ads. Using a specifically designed landing page (mini website), we target people looking for a variety of services in your local areas.
When someone visits our website, they are provided with an overview of your service and are encouraged to make a call using our tracked phone number that sends all enquiries directly to your mobile. From thereon, it’s all on you to quote and secure the job.
What do I need to get started?
We’ll arrange a quick phone call with you, so we can get to know your business, the services you provide and the areas you’re willing to cover. This is to allow us to tailor the most suitable package for you.
Once this is done, then all we need from you is just a contact number for new enquiries and your availability to do the jobs within a reasonable timeframe. That’s it – no website, no Google Ads nightmares, we’ll take care of the rest.
How long does it take to get my first lead?
Typically, it takes 5-7 days for a new Google Ads campaign to get traction, so you can expect to get your first call within your first week of advertising.
Do you offer the same local area to multiple businesses?
No, we don’t. We allocate any given areas to one business/trade only, so any leads generated will be exclusive to you. If your desired area is currently taken by another client, you will be put on a waiting list.
What’s the difference between your advertising packages?
The main difference in our packages is the monthly spend on Google Ads, which is your advertising budget. The more you spend on ads, the more leads will be generated and our service fee will be adjusted accordingly to manage the scale of your campaign.
Do I have to pay in advance when I sign up for your service?
Whilst the consultation is free of charge, however once we’ve spoken to you and confirmed that we can generate leads for your trade/area, then we will require a 1-month payment in advance. This is to cover the advertising cost that goes to Google and it also includes the service fee to set up and manage your campaign.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from all major credit/debit card providers and you can also securely pay via Paypal. Your personal details are protected using industry-leading standard SSL encryption. Any potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server.
How are you going to charge me every month?
We provide a subscription-based service via Paypal, where you will be charged 1 month in advance for every month you stay with us as a member. During your first 3 months, we’ll send you a secure link to make payments, and once you’ve decided to stay with us long-term, then we can enroll you onto our automatic monthly payment plan.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?
Yes, we can adjust your subscription at the end of your 4-week advertising period and either upgrade or downgrade your package, depending on whether you’d like to spend more/less on Google Ads and how many leads you need every month.
What happens at the end of my subscription period?
If you are a new member, we’ll contact you towards the end of your advertising term to discuss the leads generated and the overall results achieved. No further payments will be taken prior to you confirming that you’d like to continue advertising.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Our subscription packages work on a rolling monthly basis, so if you would like to stop advertising, please contact us by phone or email and we’ll pause your campaign at the end of your pre-paid advertising period.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for new members during their first month of advertising only, where we’ll provide a full refund, if we fail to deliver the minimum number of leads discussed. No refunds will be given on any subsequent months, as the monthly fee goes towards covering the advertising cost and campaign management.
